Half orphan.Lokiru says his mother went out to the farm camps (Lobanya)and has never return home. His relatives were not willing to attend to his needs, he then left his village to live on the street of Kotido. Then he went to district offices to ask for help to find his mother and one of his uncle who was found but not willing to help him.
